Was this cake chilled? Because the slices are extremely clean. I like that. You may have answered this but I was typing this during the playing of tutorial. So forgive my ‘specialness’. For a wedding or debut cake slices could b cut in half. So cutting each of the fifteen slices in half you get 30 pieces.

Keeps it from getting crumbs everywhere. The icing will stick to the knife and it will drag across the rest do the cake and turn it into a mess.

Beautiful cake! But really, what's the point of cutting it in uneven sizes? If you want more slices, wouldn't it be better to start by making a shorter cake? Maybe two shorter cakes with the same amount of cake batter? I can see this being useful for really big round cakes though. Maybe you said that and I missed it. For kids, a bunch would feel cheated. For adults, this would be fine. I personally don't like all that excess frosting from the outside, so on a square cake I take/request an inside piece. But this isn't visually pleasing.
