Ya it's pretty stupid, worst part is that when she hits lvl 16 she can take your base in less than a minute if she has demolish and you can never fight her alone as singed even if you somehow beat her in lane phase.@@Cricket0021

Weird that malignance doesn't work with Singed R but it does work on Karma R. Essentially the same interaction, the R doesn't directly deal damage but empowers the rest of the champs kit.

I dont understand his you dont need rylais if you have cosmic. The point of rylais isnt to speed you up but to slow them down for your team

When enemy team has too much tenacity, movement speed and dashes, mid-late game Rylais sucks, particularly in high elo and particularly into match ups like Fiora. You can goo fling champs like Fiora, Garen, Olaf, K'sante, etc. perfectly and they'll still catch you even with Rylais in the late game. Better for you to be faster than to try slow Fiora down. Rylais really good if enemy team has lots of melee with not many dashes that singed can catch, but if you can't catch them or run at them it's pointless. Singed is just weaker than Fiora at every point in the game past lvl 1 too, even if you solo kill her 4 times in a row she'll still be hard to handle. Also, champs like Garen who can take phase rush, completely negate Rylais. There is a reason why at 14:41, the 10 health Fiora thought she could kill singed, if she parried his fling, sirchez would have died.

@@grossguy9570 only if they have lots of dashes, anything else, rylais is still worth with singed since the cloud is a dot dmg. tenacity doesent help you if the cc is continuous, you have to get out of the cloud. best example you brought up here is garen. he can remove all slows on him with his q, yes. but if he's still in the cloud, the slow is immedietly back on with the next tick.

Let's be honest, those flips that fiora parried were very predictable, running at her with your tower close means intent to flip, if you had waited a little, fiora would have used it just to not get hit by tower.
