I am using a brand new plunger just like yours, but no matter what I do, I cannot get a seal! So frustrating! Unfortunately, I also seem to have a bad flange and/or wax ring, because I can hear air escaping from where the toilet meets the floor. No water escapes there, just air.

+MissAstorDancer I apologize, I used that plunger more as a prop for the video. We actually use Harvey's bell funnel force cup plungers. They are very soft and pliable and always make a great seal. I can help you find one if need be. Also, if you have a bad seal, you will need to pull/reset the toilet to replace it. We'd be happy to help if you are near our Kansas City location or Northern Front Range Colorado location. We could even bring you a new plunger. Andy
