And that is the age old question. To me its a finished horse and that can be in any discipline. Some say a horse is never finished they can always get better learn more but that isn't what I mean by finish, not done. A finished horse has the finish put on, the shine, the buff. If a horse is finished in the bridle its a bridle horse, if a horse is finished in a double bridle its a Gran prix horse.

Pretty much Bret! That $700 is well spent. Maintenance is cheap at any price if you don’t know how to fix it when it breaks. I say this after Mark and I just drank many beers in my leather shop. We got to talking philosophy n stuff. You know how it is. 😂

Vogts and Avila's are Chinese. Good bits but I won't support China. If I can find them used I will buy them. How about a hackamore?

That one of mine is old enough that it was made in Mexico before he went to china. Still not great but better. I think that hackamore is a Jack Amrstrong.
