Yes you must keep the silica packets inside the polythene zip cover. If you can buy dry cabinet then its the best thing to do but if you have less no of lenses then this silica gels idea is best.

It’s difficult right to always remove uv filter and shoot..?..is it better to use filter or not ?

You don't need uv filters Your lens hood is enough to protect your front element If you think about those 800mm f5.6 600mm f4 the filter diameter is massive so any filters doesn't fit on them only the lens hood is used to protect the glass

I have macro to 300mm f4 Olympus Pro zoom lenses as I am interested in wild life and bird photography. I am now thinking of upgrading my gear. What should I buy? Continue with MFT (buy Olympus OMD EM 1 MKIII) OR switch to full frame mirrorless Nikon? Olympus has sold camera business so more confused.
