Beautiful thick natural hair and great extensions! Is got 2b freeze spray really enough to protect your hair? Has anyone tried this product by itself?
@AbriannaV5 жыл бұрын
NicNacAttack I have, the first time I used it I only used one wig cap so it made my hair crunchy and hard to comb but no glue was on my hair. I then used two wig caps and my hair was protected from the spray and glue so I definitely recommend using two and you should be fine.

@antitheticalprincess66165 жыл бұрын
They have a liquid that you can basically mold over your hair (I've only seen it done on short hair, but I braid my hair down before slathering that liquid on with a dye brush.) Once that dries, I put a wig cap on top and spray on the got2b and let it dry the same way. I guess the idea with the liquid cap product is that it hardens enough to protect your hair from the glue. You remove the liquid cap with water and conditioner mixed in a spray bottle (say least that's my method, I honestly can't say I remember if there's an actual removal product but there most likely is.) My hair was fine, no glue residue whatsoever and no reaction to the liquid cap product. If I can find the bottle I'll add the product name to this thread, but it's an older product so you may have to order it online (although I have seen it in one of the beauty stores near me and they always carry it from what I can tell.) I have very low energy due to severe depression so when I do my hair, it usually takes the entire day, so I try to make sure that my hair won't be damaged in the process of my quick fix and that it last for at least 3 weeks-a month. My hair is typically soft and remains healthy because I make sure to deep condition and do hair treatments before I do each and every protective style since I know my hair will be unaccessible to me while I go to work and whatnot. Tip: when doing a quick weave, before placing the track down, spray your cap with the Pump It spritz and let it dry. It'll help the glue to stick easier and hold the tracks in place for a bit more longevity. If I think of anything else I'll comment again. I figured these things out from older tutorials and kind of mix the old and new methods when I'm pressed for time. It works for me so maybe it'll help someone else

I use bond shield on the first cap, then add the second cap. Thats stuff is amazing and rinses easily with warm water. You wont have a trace of glue on your natural hair.

You won't have that much access to your scalp. If want to try extensions and you're looking to get to your scalp a quick weave wouldn't be the way to go. I would recommend a sewin without a net and you'll be able to get to your scalp between the braids.
