This home ties video helped me so much because I used my job employment and its document as a strong home ties, and my visa was approved on a second attempt, even at the port of entry to the U.S the accuracy of this answer came effortlessly. When you answer this well without shaking, they know that you know what you are about. Thank you so much for these tips, they did help so much!

You are very knowledgeable and practical. The consular officer doesn’t care about your property documents indeed…. They are reading you as a person and why you should be allowed into the U.S. don’t be overconfident, stay calm and collected and don’t be timid, shy and afraid.

Dear brother thanks for your informative videio. However, I think one major thing that guarantee visa issuance in US especially students visa is your ability to obtain DS 2019 or Form 1- 20 which will be given to you prior to your interview. You will receive this after the institution is satisfied on your academic and financial status. With this certificate you are 95% sure of getting your visa even without saying a word. On the other hand you can proof million of times your home ties but without this certificate of eligibility you equally have 95% of denial. For B1/B2 your employment and financial status play a major role
