There is ho need to provide stirrups in beam at beam column junction... But in case of columns it should be provided as per column schedule in column cap at beam column junction...

Is it necessary to provide development length after installing stirrups inside column bean junction?? Because if development length is provided then it will be near to impossible to insert stirrups.

no. can provide stirrups after development length also, how it is , before inserting beam length bar, should insert the stirrups in column without binding. yes, we couldnt able to give stirrus c/c measurement, but can provide stirrups.

One Q? If we decrease the size of rings at the column beam junction wouldn't after the column part rings will be difficult to tie with the main beam steel. I hope i made my Q clear.

The main question is do we tie the bars of beam and column together. Because most of the labourers don't tie the bars of beam to the bars of column in its junction.

Binding of bars is required just only to remain in position while pouring of concrete... If it is for sure it would not displaced during pouring,binding is not required once concrete settled the bar remains at right position for ever... Thanks for asking
