I like both! Bookbolt is easier and faster for low-content books. Canva is better for more complex designs. But you can buy pre-made designs and easily embed them into Bookbolt - so I found that process super easy!

Absolutely! You can even use affiliate links for your own products so you earn affiliate commissions on top of royalties. I created a landing page for one of my Amazon books here - thesheapproach.com/start-money-making-blog-ebook/. I use this to send my email list too as you can't use affiliate links in emails. But you get free reign on promoting your Amazon book once you launch it. You can use Amazon ads, but Amazon also likes when you send your own traffic and sales too it and will boost it in search results.
