Sir, this is a very informative learning lesson , regarding this I want to know some queries (1) in two pack bid system after opening of technical bid is there any option to reject the firm's offer whose offer is not technically acceptable ? (2) if I select RA option in bid then after opening of price bid within how many days firm will be able to give their reverse auction i.e. re-offer of price (3) if I do not select RA option then after opening of price bid can I ask for price negotiation from the L1 firm on line.. Please may reply ..
