It's the things you can do in neutral that led you to getting knocked down in the first place which determines how good the character is. No one should have a safe reversal in any fighting game ever. The whole point of fighting games is playing neutral so you DONT get knocked down and have to guess.

it is if it hits high up. if they hit close to your feet it can be safe. sorry its rly easy to miss in the video, I probably couldve shown an example of it being punishable lol

d4s usually, b4s, most standing jabs, actually most staggers are fine, and then ofc a lot of chars have that one special move thats safe on block I should mention my videos can give you the wrong impression abt characters because I ONLY how punishable things all the safe stiff the char has isnt shown in the vid because you cant punish them xp
