I work for a warehouse and a lot of the product we send out to stores gets stolen by the delivery drivers. I do not understand why, they are paid so well in America and they prob end up on a shit list for other companies if they get caught... Rough times I guess 🤷‍♂️

For the coupons like 5% off 5k yen do you do it after you pay for the item or what because I can’t apply this coupon before paying? You have to pay the item price then shipping after right

You have to go to the coupon page and activate the coupon. Then you apply it in the order page when purchasing an item. It will be a little window box you click and select a coupon you have active. You buy the item, the seller ships the item to the buyee warehouse and you pay buyee to ship the product when you're ready. You have 30 days of free storage from when the item is received.

I used Tenso for the first time this year and consolidated a 151 booster box from Pokémon centre Japan and the detective pikachu game with promo and figure. Including shipping to Scotland for the lot it was only £67. Not used buyee yet but they seem cool too 👍 I’d only ever trust a direct source never random stores so I can’t go mad haha

I don't remember it being any different but shipping method is chosen after consolidation. Did myself on the order I placed this week. You do select the ship to address prior to consolidation but not the shipping method.

Buyee offers ZERO buyers protection. Any problem, they will NEVER cover it, there is always be a reason why they wont solve the problem from the seller. Buyer beware.

Like I said, the buyer protection has to be from the actual seller. Buyee is just receiving and shipping you the items. Buyee is not selling you the items.

Just pointing out the buyee will do NOTHING FOR YOU, if there is a problem with a seller on any platform you purchase from using their services. There are HUNDREDS of horror stories online of people getting completely ripped off by the seller, and Buyee ALWAYS has an excuse why nothing can be done.

@@theboringchannel2027 100% man, I use buyee daily as I buy/grade/flip Japanese cards, have lost out on thousands of $ over the years which is basically considered an 'expense' for me, but many casual shoppers are gonna get wrecked on there.

Anyone else having the f-wits in the Buyee warehouse destroying their cards lately? I've had almost 25% of my cards destroyed by someone in the warehouse sticking their knife through it while opening cardboard sandwiches that I've specifically requested NO INSPECTION for. They don't do anything for the buyer, so now it seems that if the seller doesn't screw you, Buyee sure af will. Rattle, why are you supporting these guys? Promoting this crowd is the equivalent of advising people against Paypal GnS...

Haven't heard anything of the sort. Not sure how much weight your one-off damage story holds because you sell Japanese cards and clearly benefit from people not buying themselves from Japan. Yes, you need to be careful with your purchases on Yahoo, Mercari, etc... and I make that very clear.

It's not a one-off, but sure.@@RattlePokemon I've since decided to stop using Buyee and will be trying out Neokyo next (I don't care if others know how to source cards, but do I actually care about people getting screwed which you seem ready to look past when paid). I have just gone back through all my cards damaged from the warehouse by boxcutters and have initiated chargebacks. I will no-doubt soon be banned/blocked from using their service. I'm not sure how you feel that trying to discredit my experience is appropriate when: 1. you're being paid by them DIRECTLY as an affilate! 2. you're not very active at all in the Japanese market. Yes I grade and sell Japanese cards, which is why my ACTUAL experience (as opposed to the word of someone being paid who doesn't actively participate) counts for something. We're talking $1-2k per week up until now, remind us how many Japanese cards you've bought using them? I'm more than happy to provide photos of everything I've had damaged by them over the last couple of months if you wanted to do a video on it, though I doubt that would benefit your relationship with them. I had been willing to let these less frequent occurences slide in the past, but recently it has been happening to at least 1 (often more) item in every one of my shipments, which is why I came back to this video (these shipments were twice a week up until now). I get it though, they pay you so it's best to protect that.
