How to put a pro circuit pipe on a crf230f

Just a video on how I put on my pro circuit t-4 complete exhaust system. I was contemplating weather or not I should've went with a bbr because they make more power, but it eventually came down to the fact that the pro circuit was cheaper. The reccomended jetting for this pipe at most altitudes is a 120 main & a 45 pilot as well as a raised fuel needle

+kylemcgriff there is a great video that a guy did on an older xr bike i believe. very similar carb design i actually used that video to do it myself lol

no. it is absolutely better with the exhaust than it ever was without

If you have the right Jets the needle actually isn't a big deal. I ran mine without it moved and it didn't seem to run half bad

hey man I've got the same exhaust system on my 2012 crf230f had it for a while and decided to reject my carb. i got a 132 main jet and a full power needle. do you rekon ill need to get 120 main and 45 pilot?

Probably. Especially with the full power needle that might be a bit rich

That's fine. The exhaust is just breaking in. The funny chemichal smell should go away in a few days

Offroad circus and just another question do I have to rejet my carburator when the systems on and how did you get It that shinny

Yep you have to rejet to get more power from the exhaust. Jets are really cheap so it's definetly worth your while. Also take out the airbox baffle if you do that it helps too. And I used a little mothers metal polish to get it like that lol

Canada's motorcycle. But really any place should carry them. Even at a bike shop if you don't wanna go online. They're fairly standard and really cheap

I'm about to order this exhaust for my bike! I just got a 2013 crf230f and am excited for this exhaust. It made a world of difference on my old 125L suzuki four stroke and im sure it'll make a big difference for the honda as well! Great video!
