@impodds2 жыл бұрын
Easy way. Tightened without the black plastic thing just alittle then put it together by raising the spring legs in it’s appropriate positions and tighten finally. Works great.

Thank you so much I'm a full-time student and Barber college, took my clippers apart today to sharpen the blades and completely failed putting them back together thank you for your video
@ravsingh3405 Жыл бұрын
I was struggling to do this following the video, the spring would just keep popping out. I took everything off, then screwed in the bottom holder where the spring goes into, but halfway tight. Then turn it around so it actually faces the opposite way and not towards the blade. Slide the spring underneath and it should sit there, then you push this piece and the spring all the way round to face the right way up. Once that’s done, tighten the screw all the way and thats the hard bit done. Then just lift the 2 spring edges with a flathead screwdriver and slot the blade in underneath 2:04

Where to get the spring for the clippers?
@FadeMasterLos3 жыл бұрын
They don’t sell the spring by itself. You will have to buy the Babyliss trimmer blades for about $35-$40. They’ll come with a new spring with the blades
@AirForce3183 жыл бұрын
Fellas an easier way to do this is to put the spring and the blade holder in place first. Then bend the prongs back on the spring and slide the blade in. The spring is strong enough to snap right back in place. It’s way easier and you know it’s right bc that spring instantly pops into place.

@@FadeMasterLos thanks for reply . I figured out in the end . There’s no screw that holds in spring it’s a case of just fitting spring into the holes and then snapping back on the unit while holding blades down firmly and screwing down .

Video didn’t help as the rag did nothing lol. I managed to get them in by putting the piece that goes on the spring backwards loose enough to slide the spring under it. I turned those around to how they are suppose to face and lifted the springs with some scissors so I could put in the black blade. You do have to insert the spring is shown above in order for them to work properly again!

i will describe how to do it since this guy doesnt watch what he record and doesnt show anything , the easier way for me was to put the blade it self for half so it can easier be. so what you need to do is put the string inside where it suppost to be then the bart with screw you put on top of the string , so the string is under the thing you need to have some force then you screw the bolt in and it will work fine

babyliss pros are absolute garbage, i bought 2 of them and the bullshit spring kept slipping out of position on both, they over complicated something that doesnt need to be that difficult to fix, the moment that spring comes out thats practically it for those clippers, unless you make your own makeshift spring to hold it in place. theres cheaper clippers on amazon that look like babyliss that dont even have that issue
