Terrific video! So, I see yours is not anchored to a table or board and seems to work fine. This is a lot more convenient. Thoughts on that?

I don't have problems with it not being anchored except when it's finishing up the last bit of milk. It tends to start "walking" at that point.

I have cones that are mostly "bump". I only have 4 no bump.

Oh wow - that's different! You might have to contact the company if they've changed the design (or maybe you were shipped something incorrectly). Would you please let us know if you find out they changed the design? I don't want to confuse people if that's the case...

How warm does the machine get the cream?

You need to heat the milk to 100°F before putting it through the separator. The cream is cooler than that when it comes out of the machine.

I'm having trouble with milk coming out of the base. The part under the cone. Do you think it's just not getting up to speed before I start the milk? Or do you think something is wrong with it. I actually had to order another float cause I didn't know what it was and thought it was garbage. You live and learn I guess. Thanks for the video. Gonna go watch your others too.

I had that happen one time. I'm still not sure what was wrong, lol. I took everything apart, put it all back together and it worked fine after that. I hope you got it figured out. I'm sorry I didn't see your message for so long.
