Let's assume I have two letters of the same file type to send for to the officer for approval/information, how do you do it if the officer has not returned the file back after acknowledging letter number 01

I have one doubt, if you have sent an MPR for June and the concerned officer does not send you the file back after approving/acknowledging then how do you attach additional POC to the same file since the file is not with you.

Sir can you please guide me to move a new file in E-Office only for approval of note, without receiving any letter from the receiver. Supposed I want to put up a file in e- office when I have not received any letter, I just need a note to be approved for issuing an office order.

Just add a green note, write a note and send to next level for approval no need of PUC/receipt for writing a green note.

In the physical form we cannot put up a doc unless the higher authority has sent back the file but in e file we can continuously put up the docs subsequently recd in the same file if i am not wrong.
