I discovered your channel a couple of days ago and I'm really enjoying your content! So, thank you. I'm curious to know how you guys handle the laundry in your properties; After the guests check out, does your cleaner need to wash the used linens and towels? because this means she needs to wait for the laundry to be done (wash and dry), right? Doesn't it take too long? I'm managing 5 properties and currently pay for a third-party service that comes to pick up the dirty laundry and returns clean laundry. Also, we keep spare sets of linens and towels in a closet which the guests don't have access to. My apartments range in size from a small studio to a 2 bedroom so the cleaning takes about 1-1.5 hours for studios\1 bedrooms, and about 2-2.5 hours for 2 bedrooms.

He lost me at My parent's vacation house 😂😂.. Then said, " Hmm I thought maybe we should buy a vacation home for more convinent vacations"... Not deterred but knew his story would skip over a few steps I'd have to take.

Enjoyed this, Tony. Thank you for the content. I keep hearing on BP and again in this episode the importance of the house cleaner. Clearly the house cleaner is vital to the team.

This episode was reassuring I manage 40 properties on airbnb part time while also having a 6 figure job. How can I be a guest on the podcast? I was also featured on bigger pockets

It’s a lot easier to quit a job you hate that doesn’t pay well than a six figure job. It can be hard to take a leap of faith. I know lots of people that want to quit their jobs. Having a high paying job can be like what I call golden handcuffs.
