So why sq footage on homes vs perimeter pricing? For example you are 15 cents per sq ft, whereas when I quote like a single story I’m 1.50 per perimeter foot. Both work im just curious why you guys choose sq foot over the perimeter. Thanks!

Whatever way gets you to the price Perimeter pricing is more optimal for pricing houses

Another question I have that I don’t think I’ve heard any of the core 4 talk about, what type of sealer are yall using to go back on wood when you all do decks and stuff?

I live in netherlands gardens etc are smaller not big like that so i wont ask too much but last week i got a school. So it was pretty big so i charged them 1250€ in euros
