You can sharpen the long stick and Meele raid the wall it takes around 12 sharpened sticks which is crazy and if you have 3 people a wall takes about 10-15 mins

for 4 digit locks, I always start at 1980 and count up from there cus alot of people use their birth year lol I stole someones base 5 min off the beach one time full of loot cus he used 1988 lol best start ever

If it takes 20 minutes for a 3-digit. You'll have to do that 10 times for a 4-Digit. 10 * 20 minutes

Be mindful of placing the plastics in the doorways of certain buildings like the castle tower, as they can glitch under the floor. The floor seems to block the explosion, possibly wasting the explosive. You shouldn't place them on the ground between two gates either, as the front gate will prevent you from arming or removing the plastic. It will be stuck unless you dismantle the gates entirely and dig up the logs with a shovel. Very frustrating.

Can you cover a video on how to layer bases properly to make it hard to get raided? I've seen your how to make a base video and it really helped me a lot but I got raided 3 days later I wish I could make it last a bit longer

dont make freestanding, space walls out a tiny bit so c4 doesn't go through the walls, play with a team of 3-9 people you can trust, make emergency stashes, use alts when getting raided if die, compound the outside area of base

You don’t neee that many people, or an alt or anything. Just know your base is getting raided. It’s only a matter of time.

No I don’t usually make a base. Cause it’s gonna get raided by 8 people. It can be fun to do every so often. Dupers and discord goblins are very annoying in this game. Make it not worth to make a base rn

I'm a solo player guys, unfortunately I don't have any friends to play dayz, and I can't manage to fit in in such a large group, I just want to gear up faster sometimes, but if I'll get raided so easily like aron mentioned (huge clans) its just not worth it, I made a base in the last few days and it got raided super fast, I'm on PC, maybe on xbox its different idk, but yeah, its frustrating

Im building a base. I have 5 walls they would need to get through on the outside and 3 more on the inside. What would they need to get through and Will they be able to get in?

If they can't soft side anything, meaning jump in and break down a side wall, it should take 16 plastic explosives to get all the way in. That's a LOT for vanilla.

I believe you cannot make the metal ones and the wooden ones only use sharpened short sticks combined with chicken feathers. And you repair the crossbow with the epoxy putty.

Lmao I jst raided a base solo on official with a crossbow 😂 it’s only good with bases with one wall , otherwise your gunna be there for hours . Took me about 45 minutes to get through one wall .

You need to loot the military bases, preferably after restarts. Also, you should be looting barracks while aggressively hitting the tab button rather than trying to see the item with your eyes.

You can literally destroy 20 walls with only an SK, AMMO, and gun cleaning kits... I've done it 1000 times on official. Never once had to use an explosive... And still done in an hour or less 😂
