Have you ever heard of the concept of writing a bunch of low-quality blogs for SEO but you don't post them for people to see on your website you post them in a different file on your site. it's not on your blog page where everyone can read but they show up on the last page of Google where people Will never read them only google will recognize the articles and the keywords you put in them. To rank you for keywords better?

That's a pretty heavily outdated approach and would be considered black-hat by modern SEO standards. Google's algorithm has skewed heavily towards end-user value in recent years. Low value pages, like what you're suggesting, would actually cause more harm than good.
