Aoa sir i have 7 jobs completed on upwork and i have invited upwork for vetted badge should i apply for this they need 200 connects for application submittion what should i do please reply?

Everyone has received the invitation. There is no guarantee that you will get an interview call after applying for the badge. There is no guarantee that you will get the badge even after getting the interview call. It's just a cash-grab tactic in my opinion, which is ok (they are a business and in it to make money), but it's not going to make much of a difference to be honest. It's just another badge. Good for flexing, though. But still go for it if you can can afford to lose 300 Connects.
