Clutch wire before installing you can make brass breezing end of the small nob it will be good long lasting

Or apply the clutch and try to lift hand kicker several times. it makes wheel go forward and engages with Gear.

Its good you are putting these problems that you may have, especially when learning to drive one. can you do one on actually driving and tips on driving one. There are a few on you tube but would be good to have one from a supplier. Also any chance of one on the best way to change the hood over. Reason I ask is I'm thinking of having to different coloured hoods to give customers more choice on colour scheme, once I have purchased a tuk tuk. Hopefully will be up to have a look in about 3 weeks then roll on July

Paul Bong New vehicles aren’t often a little more difficult to change gears just as the grease starts working it’s way off the gears. If it’s very difficult to change gear it’s probably your clutch cable that needs tightening slightly. See our video on how to tighten your clutch cable.

No, they are different lengths

In the engine End, The white color cable should be fixed towards the Engine side and the black color cable should be fixed towards the wheel side. What you have shown in the video is wrong. Both Cables are of different lengths you cannot fix them vice versa.
