Lovely hair change! Makes for a "Happy New Year" emphasis, that I will incorporate into my own long hair styles. I am writing a series of articles on agriculture & another on education. These are not as big a goal, if they are broken down into several smaller goals. Thanks for this video, for your "How to Prioritize" & "How to Stop Procrastinating" videos, and for your example of a successful work ethic.

1. Define exactly what you want to achieve 2. Find and interview mentors to find out exactly what the big steps you need to take are 3. Create a plan for big steps 4. Break down the first big step 5. Schedule time in your calendar for those steps 6. Stay focused

Actually I was really proud of myself at the end of 2018. That was truly the first time I really reached my annual goals ! Do you know why ? I stuck to 3 only and I made them ambitious but still reachable ! Good luck to all of you with your success ! 😊

Great video! Another option for number 2 is listening to podcasts where people have already interviewed experts in depth and sussed out the "what works, what does not work" details one may need to formulate an effective plan.
