exam is on 1st Nov, I have paid rescheduling fee. there are couple of slots on 15 Dec 11.30pm but while booking a pop up says it scheduling timw should be max 11pm, then why 11.30pm slot is there?? Please help

Sir, I need a help .. sir i wanted to reschedule my nmat exam and for that I paid the rescheduling fees but after paying the fees I saw that there are no slots left in any of the month … and 1500₹ is not a small amount sir can you help regarding this .. what should I do .. this is totally wrong if there are no slots left they shouldn’t have asked for fees or so … anyone regarding this can help me plz help I have no clue is there any chance that I would be refunded back ?
