Google authenticator app was not synced before the app update and when opened all the codes were gone. Couldn't get it back. Now the devices I am logged in to, I can access but other devices, I can't since I don't see any other method exept for the authenticator cod. Will it ask for the two-factor authentification code if that was enabled when reactivating?

Facebook doesn’t allow reactivating a second account under a main one. You’d need to reactivate each account separately. If you’re having trouble with one, try logging in and following the prompts.

Yes, Facebook will require the two-factor authentication code if you had it enabled. Just have your authentication method ready (like your phone or email) to enter the code when prompted.
