I felt two things crucial things required a mention. Firstly, Total of net cash flows from three segments (Operating, investing and financing activities) must reconcile with balance sheet figures (net balance of difference between Opening and Closing balances of cash and bank balances). Secondly, where and how tax expense is dealt with not clarified. Otherwise, a simple and easy to understand way of explanation.

Jab finance minister budget bolte hai tab log sochte hai ki iska asar economy me kya hoga. Us hisab se sab ko lagta hai ki country ki economy achi hogi ya nai. Isliye log shares kharid na bechna start kar dete hai. Eg. Agar bohot road highway bane wale hai toh log sochege cement co business acha hoga, L & T ka business acha hoga toh log woh shares kharidne lagte hai iswajah se shares ke bhaav upar jate hai.
