Oh, no way ! I discovered you through Matt Bernstein's podcast, and it's so nice to see you do an episode with Rohin ! It's the unexpected crossover I didn't know I needed 🥰 !

The last, most important question - "What should a casual observer do to assess..." I wish there was an easy solution to this. But the reason there are so many selling 'misinformation + supplements' is because there is no easy 'supplement' you can take against misinformation. Though, It is our need for 'easy solutions' that drives the industry, fuelling the endless profit-making.

thanks for the content. I have question I wish I could ask, does protein powder work? they make me feel better but so they actually work? since it's difficult to do studies on supplement.

Depends what you mean by "work". If you use protein powder to make sure you achieve your daily protein needs that would otherwise be deficient, yes, they absolutely work.
