Thanks for this excellent tutorial. At time marker 11:05, there is a page of the Financial Statement showing a list of Adjustments. I have been trying to understand them. That is, where do they come from? And, why do they seem to have something to do in equating the Net Income (Revenues - Expenses) to the Cash Balance in the bank account?

Hi Sangmin! Financial statements for condo & co-op buildings aren't typically released to the general public or made generally accessible online. That being said, unit owners receive a copy each year. If you're a prospective purchaser, the listing agent may be able to provide you with a copy.
