Sir jis tarah Parlament koi Act Banati hai Jaisa ke Crpc me 41a ko Jodha Gaya 2008 Me to kya Supreme Court ka Jo Judgement hota hai bare act ko interpretation karke to kya Us Judgement ko Crpc Me Nahi Jodha Jata.? Kyuki Uspar Bhi Sabko Amal karna hota hai Jaisa ke bare act sabke liye ek Qanoon hai usi tarah SC ka Judgement bhi sabke liye ek Qanoon ki tarah hotayy hai, to Us Judgement ko Crpc me Bare act ki tarah kyu nahi jodha jata hai
