C1 stand for concrete 1 and f1 stands for footing 1 you must read the notes given in the Floor plan and abbreviations given in the general notes . If you don’t know the abbreviation you don’t the sections given in the plan C 1 f1 or c2 or f2 any symbols you see the in slab set out plan it means they are the same size in all concrete slab or pile or stumps
