Mate! You've just created the best instructional video I have ever seen about trading market structure. And believe me, I'm now around 1,5 years searching for a strategy. Nothing worked, was stuck in a loop and ended-up starting the same crap over and over again. I've also tried this market structure several times, but nobody ever explained it so good as you! After 15mins watching your tutorial, i started scrolling back and actually marking the structure. It seems to work and have applied it on my favorite futures ( gold, S&P, Silver ). @@TradingFanatic I had to put some thought into this reply because the strange thing is I didn’t really learn anything new. I knew how to draw market structure before the video but there are 3 main things that set yours apart: (1) Repetition: I don’t know of anyone who can learn something completely new after hearing it only once (or in this case old information from a new perspective). But when we repeat information, we are absorbing that information bit by bit. Like walking or bike riding. We don’t get it on the first try. Being told to “rewatch the video for better understanding” was unheard of for me. (2) Simplicity: You kept the concepts elementary but not in a demeaning way. I have the habit of over-intellectualizing trading so it is refreshing to hear the basics, basically. In any field you have to “learn the language” (I.e. scientist, engineers, etc), but you do a great job at keeping the technical language of trading concise. There are at least two ways of saying the same thing (consolidation or range, bullish/up trend, bearish/down trend, etc) in trading and for some that can be confusing. (3) Instructions/Exercises: “Pause the video and mark the chart” - this alone sets your video apart. This may sound harsh but it’s important: most “traders” (being retail participants like myself who start with the idea that trading is easy) are lazy. When you add this mini-exercise into the video, it separates the leaders from the laggers. If you don’t do the exercise, then it’s just entertainment, not education. When you do the exercise, this stops being a lecture and starts being a mentorship. There are plenty of explanations for trading concepts on KZbin but very few practical exercises to test the knowledge with. I hope this wasn’t too long and that it helps.

@TradingFanatic there is one massive aspect of my trading that is letting me down. That is, for example we are in a downtrend on 4H and I am looking for the 15min to turn breash, once that turn breash then I can start to sell the market but some time when we turn breash on the 15 min and we start to create LH and LL it comes back up to take out the 15 min structure (without breaking above or 4H LH) before plummeting down to the initial target on the 4H. If you can do a video which can explain this better it would be helpful Thanks ilya❤️

An update Mr. Sivkov!! Unfortunately I am unable to post a visual from my account statistics, but please know that incorportating the knowlege you share here has absolutely changed my trading forever. For this first quarter of 2024, I went from consistently drawing down over two blown acocunts in a 2 year period, to a win rate of 77.14% on 175 s&p turnarounds during this quarter I've mentioned, and today was actually 15 turnarounds withh a clean 100% win rate and greater than a 10% account balance increase! Also, while I have so much more to learn, there is no doubt that being able to see and evaluate the markets' structure on several time frames has made all that difference!! I will continue to be conservative during this education process, but your' explaining market structure has made a difference for me that is difficult to measure or explain, however I'll try anyway. It used to be that evaluating charts was like - really studying a painting that had two images with one of those images being hidden from me. Now after after many hours of chart markups and practice - things are different. Why? Because once I saw the hidden images, just like seeing the second image in a painting, I can no longer "unsee them." My most sincere thank you again Mr. Sivkov!!

I don't know how to say thank you enough Iliya (if I may). My first quarter 2024 win rate average exceeded 77%, last week it was well over 80%, and just today I traded 17 turnarounds in the S&P for > a 10% account growth (which is no longer an uncommon occurance :) ), and I wasn't stopped out once; yes a 100% win rate for the entire day. Believe me, I'm no one special. I swear, what you teach in market structure, liquidity, and supply/demand made that much differnce - at least for this trader. It's like looking at one of those pictures that has two or more images, and once you see the other image(s), you can't "unsee" them - right? Market structure, s/d zones, liquidity, and fvgs are the same now, and I simply can't "unsee" them ("this guy caused this guy" and so on :) ). Developing strategies for high quality entrances and exits is now so much more realistic, and powerful, and consistent. To me, it's been like someone lifted the curtain on a market that was hiding it's intentions. Really, all it took was to do what you tell us to do - focus, watch the videos as many times as it takes, and practice, practice, and practice some more. Thank you again!!! :)

@@TradingFanatic I don't know how to say thank you enough Iliya (if I may). My first quarter 2024 win rate average exceeded 77%, last week it was well over 80%, and just today I traded 17 turnarounds in the S&P for > a 10% account growth (which is no longer an uncommon occurance :) ), and I wasn't stopped out once; yes a 100% win rate for the entire day. Believe me, I'm no one special. I swear, what you teach in market structure, liquidity, and supply/demand made that much differnce - at least for this trader. It's like looking at one of those pictures that has two or more images, and once you see the other image(s), you can't "unsee" them - right? Market structure, s/d zones, liquidity, and fvgs are the same now, and I simply can't "unsee" them ("this guy caused this guy" and so on :) ). Developing strategies for high quality entrances and exits is now so much more realistic, and powerful, and consistent. To me, it's been like someone lifted the curtain on a market that was hiding it's intentions. Really, all it took was to do what you tell us to do - focus, watch the videos as many times as it takes, and practice, practice, and practice some more. Thank you again!!! :)

you never taught us how to mark market structure when your asking us to mark the examples, which is leaving me confused. can you or someone explain to me "HOW" to mark market structure and why? like i found myself marking strong lows, but you ended up marking ones adjacent to my marking and i just would like to understand "why" my SL wasnt one and why yours was and so on an so forth!

I went into the timestamps and found the section I needed! I am taking notes so I made sure my note sections lined up with your timestamps!
