I tried once because I wanted to understand why people treat me so severely. Then I cried because I understood how badly I thought about myself, without compassion and love. Wow! So cool! I was a little skeptical at first, but always willing to try things that might help me in life. I immediately saw myself in a cream colored building with cream colored marble floors. I was wearing baggy black yoga/Goucho pants and a black tube top. I was younger and thinner and I was dancing all around as if I didn’t care who watching and there were no limitations! I just heard the word “dance...” I always knew I was a free spirit, but this really confirmed what my potential for joy is when I really let myself be who I am and not worry about anything around me. I have been doing sessions following Linda Howe's instructions almost daily since I started 2 months ago. Wow! It is going great! I am having so many insights and making many positive changes in my life. I typed out the instructions for different sessions and now use the written sheets that I've created. I have undertaken a number of different approaches to spiritual improvement, this being the most recent one. I have found that it needs to be the right approach for me at the right time. I stay with an approach for months or years or, in one case, decades, until the improvements slow down. I looked into the Akashic Records about a year ago but didn't try it then as it didn't appeal to me. I don't think it was the right time--I was doing another approach that was working for me. Then, I was looking around for a new approach a couple of months ago--right now the Akashic Records is it! I've done other very active approaches to spiritual improvement, like the Akashic Records. But also, I've done very "still" approaches, that is, meditation. Meditation seems to work for most people as a good place to start. There are many suggestions for how to meditate on the Internet. I did years of meditation before doing more active approaches. I wish you the best, Diana.

I was going up like I was being sucked through a tunnel with velvetly purple colors. I was greeted by an old man that looked at my guides & I heard my guides say "No this is a pure one." Then the man left behind my guides and took me to a room in which he told me it was called "Amenti" that I have been here many times in many Lifetimes & he gave me my Higher-Self name (which I already know) referring to me as a Goddess. He told me about my Twin Flame and our current Divine Contract which was brief. He told me that the more that I come, the more information I'll be given, but this was enough for now. That when I come back tomorrow, we can go deeper. I'm totally stoked. This experience was beyond words! This place seemed very familiar. It felt like I was just only returning here.

Absolute beginner over here- felt a lightness and saw a dark and bright blue light kind of “crack” open the left side of my body. Then the expanse within showed a kind of “inverse” garden. Blooms in red and blue with black limbs and leaves. I felt a coolness blow over the left side and the message came to me that it isn’t that serious, but it’s okay to feel that way. Dropping by in 2020 and I'm so thankful for this video, Dr Linda. I've been always ahead of others around me in terms of experience and knowledge even being so young at age and I know it has to do with the spiritual. Opened up the records for the first time today, 15/09/20 and it was a rather bizarre but similar experience that I had 3 years ago when I was battling depression. I saw the same place today exactly what I saw 3 years ago and it was very comforting. My hands and body was suddenly electrified and I could feel the presence of a higher being in the realm. I've not met him/her/it yet but I know in due time, we will. For now, I rest my case because I know that it's just the beginning. All I heard tonight was "drive off" and I think I know what it meant by that. I'm looking forward to what the record holds for me and what it will reveal over time as I venture deeper. I have had many times in my life been touched deeply because I am indeed sensitive to expanded awareness. I am extremely grateful for so much grace to have had my experiences with what I can only say are communication on different levels with the spiritual world. If someone is interested in the experience of expansion and can not have that happen, simply ask the space around you in a simple prayer for this to happen. Even before you touch the records with this beautiful method, ask of or for your idea of a higher power or god to let you have this happen for you. Your heart can just melt away all the resistance. I gave you a thumbs up because I think you know what you are talking about in general, but I have a distinct dislike for the word PRAYER. I think that word has led more people away from their own spirituality than any other word except Jesus. I agree (sort of) with asking the space around you, but I would have said "Ask the ALL". I believe God is literally ALL THINGS. If you address a specific god by name, you are limited to that god's perspective. For me, that's what's wrong with all the western religions. If you ask the ALL, everything is available to you, although sometimes it comes in the form of symbolism, and we are left to ponder that on our own. Also I have found that this whole idea of PRAYER is not necessary. Just ask your question, preferably when you are relaxed in your bed at night... It took me over 50 years before I finally meditated successfully, and I found myself at the center of EVERYTHING, and at that time I realized I had been doing it all my life, but never realized it as such. I had never been at the CENTER before. I had been experiencing the ALL from the perspective of my SELF and for years I thought I was just daydreaming, If anybody reading this is interested in discussing this further, I'd love to share my experiences. We can also open up the topic of how many gods there are, which I think explains what we see around us to a tee.

I have no idea how this happens I tried this my first time and I felt so much movement in my head like my thoughts were very lucid and I wasn't in my room, but somewhere else in an almost empty space even though I could clearly see my room. the thoughts I had were to take better care of my back and help my father with some computer related things. both of these things are very relevant and I would have ignored them if I didn't have this experience. thank you so much I think I found something amazing with what you have showed me.

Thank you for this, what a wonderdul new journey in my quest for truth. I have come to realize that the only truth is our own and this feels so much like what the journey has been. I would like to share my first experience doimg this. My first sensation was of cool, moist clouds. The air felt cooler and wetter and it seemed almost foggy. As I relaxed I began to drift in and out with your voice and between these drifts I would see and be at my sons school where I volunteer every day. The children were around me and I would pat them on their head. A large brown man came toward me and then gone, a chubby brown child with black hair and straight bangs also came toward me and then vanished. I asked in my mind for a message or piece of helpful information at this time. I heard "Keep trying", i gently thought "at what" and then I heard "peace". I then heard your voice drift in again to close the prayer. Thank you, what a very wonderful experience. ❤

I did this and I felt maybe i wasn’t comfortable enough and confident that I did it right but now I feel more peaceful and I felt like my room was just a bit more private and peaceful, kind of separated from the rest of the house. These feelings just came on gently and weren’t too obvious. I felt just relaxed and a little more alert, is that makes sense. I feel maybe a bit of my worry is gone. A minute or two after closing I heard the words laughter and joy come to my head and that felt like a message of what I’m really here on this earth for, laughter and joy to me and others. I got a little emotional only for a second but it kind of solidified in my head that it was a true message. It wasn’t anything dramatic but it was enough for me to feel comfortable to try again soon, as a beginner!

Today was the first time in my daily meditation I have asked to see my Akashic records through your method of meditation. What I saw was unbelievable. I saw my Akashic record book open in front of me but was confused because it was all in script and ancient symbols like you see on Egyptian Tombs. Also standing in front of my book was a Monk with his hood over his head. The Monk is significant because this is exactly what my friend also saw on her first attempt to look at her Akashic records which I knew nothing about at the time I did mine. She never saw her Akashic record but will try again tomorrow as will I. Thank you for your video and your web-site which are so interesting.

Wow I had such a cool experience I saw so many things. But the one thing I would love to share that I got from the Akashic Records was that sometimes we had to grow outwards before we grow upwards. I saw a tower and it collapsed and it was saying getting grounded first and expanding the network and it showed roots how they expand outward before a tree even begins to grow upwards. And about how we have to expand in our awareness, knowledge, foundation before we can ascend or grow to the next level. I am grateful for such an experience. ❤

I am so shy when it comes to talking by myself. I tried this this afternoon though and at first I really felt nothing but then I had multiple crows flying over my right when I closed my eyes. Then I started looking deeper before you even said to "look/dig deeper", I saw a cluster of dots, I had white sticks thrown at my face. Thank You - My Very first experience & I am a Psychic Medium LOL - Been having many issues with my mental health anxiety CPTSD - Etc - From Past Trauma resurfacing - When I went in it took a bit but it was a huge book bookshelf up to the ceiling mahogany full of books and tapestries Japanese / Chinese / Asian of some kind - Stunning and lots of brass around - Then I had a vision of a young Asian Young Lady in a White Dress with Red flowers dainty ones - pulling something behind her her hair was up in a bun but she stood still just stayed still it was the side of her but turned to my right a bit - then I was like I get IT - I am Stuck - Where I am mentally / emotionally and I have to move forward which I know this --- very much so - Trauma / Abuse does a lot to those that have been through it - and I've experienced it since a child to adulthood - with bad bad anxiety and mental breakdowns with triggers and nightmares and something has happened where something is resurfacing or surfacing that was not surfaced -- It's much more intense -- Thanks SO Muchhhhh

This is the first method that I've tried that worked for me. I had some revelations that took the form of images, voices, or phrases. Some are clearer than others. Today it was fuzzier than yesterday, I can't say that I understood what I received today. When I opened them yesterday, my insights appeared after I closed them. I felt like I didn't close them correctly, I felt a pressure on my forehead during the whole afternoon. Suddenly I had certain thoughts or a realization that came to me, that were about the nature of my family and patterns repeated. It was weird, it felt as if they weren't my regular thoughts, they were more like a knowledge.

I remember meditating and I asked "Beam me up, Scotty". Went into the Akashic Records. I was in a spaceship, there was 4 computers, 4 portals, multiple levels up this ship. Everything was high-tech and alien. I think someone was there, but I don't remember for a reason. Probably Thoth cause it was half beast. Last time I talked to him was on July 15,16,17. The base room was big, open, and you can see the levels going up. I was figuring out the computers and opening the portals. Once I figured it out, I would gain access to the next level. Figuring out the portals and computers was like a puzzle game. I'd go from floor one to two, two to one, one to three, three to one, one to two, two to three. . ect. I got to the 3rd-4th floor before looking down and seeing how far I've gotten. I figured to come back seeing how far I made it. My soul is telling me I can use "UFOs" I can't explain what was on the computers. It's something that was felt with feelings and it was really cryptic. I understood it/figured it out. I was gone for awhile. before I "woke" up. When I woke up, I sneaked up on my gf. Looking at the side of her eyes without her noticing, looking into universe in her and studying it. I scared the shit out of her when she noticed. My gf said she was getting scared cause of the small head, tall man wakes her up every time whenever I do something like this. When she walked into my room to check up on me. She told me she heard ringing from here right ear as soon as she walked in. You can guess which side of the room I was on. We are energetic beings that can move between worlds. I had a dream I was fight Grim Reapers. By fighting them I was killing myself without knowing it. I had 1hp and we both refused to die. I found out I was right now love and forgiving them, and not to fight and kill them, cause you would end up killing yourself. Once you can love and forgive your demons, you end up loving yourself more. The demons turn out to angels that forget this feeling. The Fight was intense too, like when I had 1hp, I had Killer instincts and was dodging every strike by phasing in and out as the blade pass through me. When I would strike back, it would do was I was doing, phasing out like a ghost. Most of the fighting was aerial combat on top of a church above it in the air. I am still a student of this world learning and understanding. It's very symbolic and I learned more about dualism. After the stalemate, I remember punching Ice, I could physically feel my fist crushing this block of ice and crushing it. I remembering feeling frustrated and mad. . . Not at the demons or what I was doing and learning. . . But I was mad that the whole time I was doing all of this. My bag(store bag) of noodles I forgot about in my car, grew, became soggy, and was making a mess. . .

I'm sorry but I think your description tells my soul that your experience was nothing more than a hallucination or a lucid dream. I have been to the outer realms and I know you weren't in the Akashic realm. Maybe a dream state of a star field. You never spoke of love or eternal love or profound peace and wonder an and that's crucial part of the akashic sphere. Keep practicing. You might push through if the intent of your heart is right.

@@Metatron141 How can you be so certain the individual has not visited THEIR Akashik record? Just because their experience is different than yours does not mean they have not been there. I have been to a few different banks with safety deposit boxes. Same process, I view in a room privately but the process is different from bank to bank and even countries. Libraries can also have different setups depending on budget, building constraints, staff and governing regulations. But a library is still a library in its function regardless of if you get it in a movie viewing room or the microfiche reader to the Dewey decimal system in the research parlor. How do you kNOW someone has not been, unless you are that individual's guardian SOUL. I AM not saying you are incorrect, they could very well have only had a lucid dream, I personally would not associate the way they did. They also mentioned love but that was the dream and they specifically stated such about the Grim Reaper fights. But for them the Akashik is on a spaceship with puzzles to solve before getting to the next level. I find that beLIEvable for their experience enough to not doubt them. I purchased Linda's book and tried to access my records, if there are any. Nothing really happened. That night I had an unusual dream. It was very vivid. The kind you don't forget. I was on a space station and we had a visitor. He was dressed in white and was from a distant galaxy. He was tall and young, but communicated that he was a thousand years old. Do I think that this was part of my record? No, but it certainly was interesting. 🤔

Hello Linda I found your video today and followed the prayer instructions. My experience was calming, I experienced a swirling warmth of colours, darkness with reds and orange. In the midst of this eyes were looking at me, single eyes. One would fade out, then another would appear. The final image was of a strange human type figure and as I read the closing prayer, the figure turned away. I did not receive a message but feel relaxed and at peace with myself. Thank you 🙏

I had a vision, not really a dream or anything, seemed more like a daydream. I was In the jungle near a stream. I followed the stream which turned into a waterfall that spewed over a cliff. Standing at the cliff I saw a city in the valley below with spacecraft and such hovering. I felt really at peace. I walked down the cliffside into the city. There were many people, they all seemed happy, some even smiled at me. I was wearing a brown nightgown of sorts. I kept walking, feeling at peace. I came up to two large metal doors which opened into a library. There was a hooded robo-humonoid-alien type librarian that led me to my book. But when I asked the question, he put the book back onto the shelf and led me to a large book locked in a display case. I opened it and it was pure light and love. Then it was time to close the akashik records. That was my first time, not sure if i did it right!

+Lee Hanks Hi Lee, I never had this problem, however, I have experienced doubt in the beginning. I am studying to become a practitioner through Linda's center and LOVE the process. The more I open my Records and the Records of others, I expand and heal more and more with my own life stuff. It's an amazing journey! If I were you, I'd find a practitioner and have a reading for YOU to get some clarity on what might be happening for you when you open your own Records. You have obviously been guided to this Divine Realm. Usually, the problem is that there is NO problem at all...just our own mental 3D stuff. Hope this helps! Good Luck

IveHearted Have you considered that there is possibly more than one path to truth? If the universe views itself from ""an infinite number of perspectives" then why preclude the possibility of prayer? Prayer is verbalized intent, and has played a large role in religious ritual and worship. Also, did the information the spirits you have encountered occur in a human language? How did they learn it? Where does the information exist about all of our languages, our ability to use language, and their connection to our fundamental human capacities? If the universe is experiencing near infinite perspectives, it's not forgetting those experiences instantaneously.

I saw myself push off the ground and get quite high up into the sky as an orange ribbon of light spun around me. Back on the ground, I seemed almost robotic and started sprinting ahead into the distance with a luminous blue light following me this time. After completing part 1- my immediate being felt nervous, unknown anticipation n may be fright of the unknown. The feeling began to calm down almost as quickly as it began however, residual feelings comparable to walking down a dark alley...... This to has begun to subside. Now, the feeling of sitting in a chair with a light surrounding me in complete dakness....im quiet inside....not afraid...calm.....comfortable....Note: from the beginning, I found my heart race making breathing a little difficult/heavy...hard to breath in a sense. technicians keep putting me back in bed, after having me on a medical table. The 1 woman and 2 men have pushed me thru my bedroom wall, on to my bed. Even at one time, the woman, technician told the others to be careful in placing me back in bed.
