The video was good but the way you shuffle the cards goes on my nerve

I know how to riffle shuffle now. Don't know how to do the bridge. (And don't want to learn for now. I've practiced it a lot back then.) Though we will usually shuffle cards by spreading them on the table and shuffling them around, then grouping them together.
