Nice video, it helped me out on the carburetor, I'm from Brazil and I believe the video would be better if you positioned the camera in a better angle

I didn't see where you back the jets out for tuning, is the 1.5 turns from the manual half or full 360 turns?

I just replaced my fuel tank on my 2002 Polaris Sportsman 700, changed plugs, oil, fluids, & greased. re-assembled, started up and noticed fuel leaking from a hose on the bottom of the carb. I dont remember removing or disconnecting it. Does it connect somewhere or did mess something up ?

No, You didn't mess anything up. the hose is for the overflow and drains to the ground. If its leaking ,you have a leak in your needle and seat in the carb.

Are you saying from the pulse pump or the top of the carb to the frame? On the pulse(or fuel) pump the vacuum hose goes to the letter P on the pump to the front top of the carb port. The other is a breather from the 2 ports on the top of carb and tucks into a hole in the frame. hope that helps.

@@TitaniummanGarage okay I found a piece of a vacuum hose laying on the ground under the front of the engine, now it will run but then it wants to backfire the carburetor or the air filter compartment.

@@kippiemoore7439 I'm digging the fact you are fixing this yourself. I was once in your situation. Pictures speak a thousand words. When I got started I googled picture of carbs or fuel/vacuum lines.
