This video is a wealth of information! When I rebuilt my 3010 gas, I also went through the hydraulic pump. This video sure would've been handy at that time. The hydraulic pump has always been noisy, like it sounds of a hammer rapping on the pressure output pipe going to the valve in front of the Dash, right side. Even after I 'went' through the pump, I basically resealed it. The noise goes away when I turn in the destroker valve or remove the pump drive coupling. It still functions well. The only work the tractor does nowadays is blow my driveway. I don't know know if it's anything to worry about as I don't see any metal in the main filter or the suction line filter in the pump body. Wondering what your thoughts are on this? Also, what are your thoughts replacing the pump with an A I aftermarket pump? Great videos! Recently subbed your channel. 👍 The line pressure is set per the John Deere manual if I recall is around 2,300 or 2,800 psi at the SCVs.

Did anyone check the Serial number? That would be the key. If someone already put a V8 in it, changing decals is the easy part.
