The component you removed from the throttle body with the channel lock pliers is the Idle Air Controller (IAC). The component you removed right after that is the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). You were calling the IAC the TPS.

The easiest way to check that style injector is to remove the air cleaner assembly and start the vehicle. You should be more concerned with the spray pattern. You automatically see if they're working. A good spray pattern is a fine mist with no droplets falling indicating a partially clogged or leaking injector. Shut the engine off and see if they leak down, drip, drip, drip. Spend the extra money and buy new injectors. Some injectors include the top gaskets but not the base gasket. Some no gaskets so you might need a gasket kit. Twice I've bought GB Remans, turn the key on and you see them leak. I've bought both new Standard and AC Delco with great results.

I agree, with all of this. I will also add, that an old injector, whether or not it appears to be working, will have lower fuel pressure at the spray, resulting in a rich burn, especially when it is cold.

All of this, will save you gasoline, and pay for itself in the end. Great camera work, and narration, on this video. Good job!

Tip: Before installing new paper gaskets coat each side with Chapstick. This prevents them from sticking.

You forgot to mention to make sure that plunger in-between the fuel injectors to be clean it's the size of a needle for the fuel to get to the injectors

I'm really interested in seeing the actual tbi injectors being rebuilt. My question is, do old worn injectors allow more fuel to pass by?

Why don't you do a video? Let see how well, you can teach a repair technique. It is not as easy as you think.
