Great video. I did ultrasonic cleaning for carb and found little brass ball after. Look like it is check valve. Don't know where put it back. Can you help?

how far from “seated” should the air screw be and the idle screw ??!

air screw 1,5 rounds and idle start from like maybe 3 and then set it so it idles nice

i have question; is this molkt carb use mikuni hex mainjets.. is it the pilotjets same with vm26?

i want to know this.. that pilot jet in the video looks tiny, the main is a hex jet but thr pilot is the short one.. i thought it was a longer type

What’s the first screw that you screwed in? I have the same carb & when I was cleaning it, it broke from the other piece.

Hi there, by first screw if you mean the very first thing I fitted this was the main jet. if you have the main housing and inside it a jet. these can be purchased if broken. has it broken off and stuck in the body of the carb. we are UK based you are more than welcome to emial me and you can post it over and I will repair and rebuild for you [e-mail]

Moto 28 yes the main jet. It didn’t get stuck I just need the top piece. I can take a picture if you can help me find the piece I need that would be awesome

How the hell did you get the pilot jet out ? Iv had 2 of theae carbs and cant get pilot jet out it hust wont turn ends up rounding head off i hav to keep buying new carb?

They should come out fairly easily. Try some mild heat first, make sure it's free from fuel and dry before using a head gun. Possibly some wd40.
