How to Record a Google Meet in 2023 (Paid or Free)

For me I don't even have the recording option!! That's so bizarre. I have a paid google account so I don't know why it is non existent? Any ideas why?

you must be on starter basic. I would rather use microsoft basic which has the recording function.

Lousy Google complicated things. I d rather use my phone screen record or Loom or other recording extensions or websites when working on my PC, that way the video will be stored on the website and I wouldn't worry about Google drive being filled as well
