My father stepped into a tricky death trap laid by a dishonest cardio surgeon in a South Indian corporate hospital of Bangalore . The world ranking doctor did AAA , CABG and CHOLESTOMY together on a 75 year old patient without discussing the risk factors . Then followed TREAKESTOMY, THORACENTESIS, BLOOD INFECTION AND SEPTOCEMIA in the ventilation. I had no previous idea that a surgeon can misguide an innocent patient to death almost deliberately. We could have availed better treatments in West Bengal Hospitals where surgeons are at least sensible.

You also need to take long lead II, after taking 12 leads data as we know major ventricular vector is just parallel to it, which gives us better electrical cinductivity pattern in a cardiac patient
