Hello. Thank you for the explanation! One question: you've defined an assertion for each step on that first scenario. Is there any place where this assertion is used in JMeter? Or is it only useful for when the user manually verifies the execution of the test plan thru the View Results Tree report? Thanks a lot!🙌

Yes assertion should be used for debugging and not for load test in case if you want to use, you can use the least assertion to avoid extra cpu usage and also to avoid additional thinktime
