Max b frames should be set at 0 because the lower the better the quality + it doesn’t affect ur performance and the quality change isnt that much but its kinda noticeable so i would recommend u 0

it might just be your computer not being able to handle the playback. Put your video into your editing software and play it there with a lower resolution.
