In 13, while screen recording I see the audio and video is getting detached. That's a huge problem. "silence detection" is not gonna work as there is no audio in the video. Any solution to keep the audio confined in the video and not get detached?

great tutorial thank you. i want them split so i can edit the webcam video later... only problem .. is there a way to see webcam content live when they are split? or do i just have to hope i am in the right place etc..? i.e. no preview on webcam during recording when i use the screen splitting option?

Im very frustrated, When I screen record now the audio and video are separate tracks and as I edit the audio I now have to manually go in and cut the video exact, Any idea why this is or how to change that? Compound clip does not solve the problem I have either

What does split all the track mean? In filmora 12 when i screen record w. my mic the video and audio are in one track together but now when I record its automatically split into an audio and video track and I cant use the audio gap feature because it doesnt sync the video to the cut audio. make sense? thanks for responding@@JackyNguyen06

How do you get the microphone file do be seperate? When i record my pc screen its in my screen recording file so its very hard to edit sound when you record something with other sounds.

Yes. Just turn off the microphone. Leave the system sound on!

You are not explaining how the screen recording got into your Filmor media. I did a screen recording (followed your directions). It saved onto my computer. Then I imported that video into Filmora. But it's one composite video. I cannot edit. PLEASE explain how your screen recording actually shows up in Filmora - which allows you to edit it on timeline
