Please help me because I did all these processes and after the review they still disabled my account. I have done this twice and when I try to submit another review they tell me that's it! MY ACCOUNT WHICH I HAVE BEEN USING SINCE 2006 is disabled just like that for no hell reason. Facebook is just out of control, and they don't have proper way to get direct assistance from their office.

My last name is "Hidden" which they DO NOT ALLOW so I put my brothers last name instead and they banned me for false identity or something, they really need to stay out of peoples business and stop making their app so weird and "quirky" and making such a big deal out of their app which is meant to just be social media, not a government regulated app so a lawsuit is in route if they don't smarten up.

Thanks for this video. I have the same problem and when I did this three forms. This is what I see "Your Facebook account was disabled because it did not follow our Community Standards. We have already reviewed this decision and it cannot be reversed". Does it mean, i will no longer get back my account? I have not violated any guidelines and community but facebook disabled my account.
