I never gave access to admin on my pages, when this whole name change from facebook to meta surged "Meta Business" and that caused changes because now you can have a business account and create a specific ID. After several attempts i was able to submit the selfie video verification but never succeeded getting beyond that bc it says they couldn't confirm my identity,I had no choice than to reach out to NCK MYTHSS1,he was able to kick the hackers out and get me back into my account
