I have a question. I'm using HP laptop with ryzen 5 . 8GB ram+256XPG SSD. The base clock speed is 2.1Ghz. And turbo boost upto 3.4Ghz. But whenever I unplug my charger the laptop cpu speed falls to.around 1.5ghz suddenly and pc becomes slower. But when I again put the charger back, Again speed goes to 2.7 /2.8ghz.
