What happens if you have saved a file the previous day and it was perfect and you save a version of the file as a different file name each day to prevent losing data to stop errors with version history and file recovery. Then you go into a file, save it straight away to a new days version and the rows are locked when you didn't lock them and customer invoice details are repeated when you didn't copy and paste a row or delete rows? Luckily only having to go back to the previous day's version. What causes the Excel not to save correctly and change data overnight? How do I find out who saved the previous locked cell version?
