Before that i could complete the disagree thing and got mail code as well as phone code, just that my screen was on loading mode. Sir it's been 6 Months 180 days since Instagram suspended my account. I had 15K followers on it. It was my poetry page and i also disagreed with that decision and appealed for it. 1. form filling - only when Instagram has sent you link or notification. 2. now, there is no email communication with Instagram team. they will respond you with the help center link and with the msg that they are not communicating with email. no email support.
