Such a great and informative video! If you want to take a step further, I would love to see the same video but where you show how to make the patch so that you can open the filter and capture the way the synth changes throughout the song. When you bring the filter cutoff up in the end of the video, my guess would be that the "digitalness" is due to the oscillator waveform. Try saw instead. When you heavily low pass the waveform you selected, it's gonna resemble a low passed saw anyway.
