Loved your tutorial. Loved hearing the rain. Loved hearing you talk to your cat. My puppy was with me and talked back to you and your cat! Rosie from Australia

Was it difficult to get them off the pan? I'll be using a toaster oven too. Was probably gonna line the sheet pan with foil for ease of removal

I painted a fall cd then let it dry, but first I drew the grid on the other side, cut them out and cut a plain one, put them together and put them in the oven, it worked perfect, it was great, I didn't have to fiddle about with painting small pieces

I have been doing art deco jewelry using CDS and DVD shards. However, I place them in my toaster oven on the highest temp. on a cookie sheet. I layer one piece on top of another to form a pattern I like for a broach or pendant. Then when they fuse together in baking they also turn colors based on the metals in each CD or DVD used. Try it! Some turn purple, green, one looks like ice. So pretty when made into jewelry. God bless, Linda Winchell

Hi! Very inspiring your video, I actually did some too! How come did they get on fire ? I was thinking about this too, and now I got scared! What oven did you use and what temperature did you put them at when they got on fire? Thank you and good luck!
@shawnebaby993 жыл бұрын
Yeah! I like to know that info too. 1. Temp. 2. Time. 3. Have a clean work space so we can focus on what your doing. 4. Better lighting. There's another lady who does the samething with the c.d.s. she does little scenery pictures that really come out super cool. Thanks for all the tips on what not to do. I also loved the rain & kitty/puppies. Good luck on your Art projects the sky is the limit.

Good morning, I was wondering, if you use a toaster oven, what temp and how long do you bake them for. I love your videos. I am looking for things to do with my grand daughters this summer while they are with me. Oh, and did you take the silver film off of all of them or did you leave me on some. I couldn't tell for sure. Thanks for all your help.

Hey girl, have to ask, what on earth caught fire before? I hear you make so many references to fire and metal things that wont catch fire and not having a fire extinguisher, etc. Just really curious what on earth has happened? You mentioned pony beads on fire. I've melted beads, plastic, the CD tiles, etc., all sorts of things, in my oven in the house and have never had a thing happen except for some expected fumes sometimes. I don't understand what there is to catch fire. Please let me know what I am missing. Love to do the tiles also, I have a hell of a time getting them to fuse together though. I think they must have to cook forever. I can never get the temp right. Still not sure what temp it should be. That is why I was watching yours cause I am trying to find an act. temp. Not just bake or broil cause I don't use a toaster oven. Keep up the great videos girl.

ive had a fire in the toaster oven recently because i was using nail polish instead of paint and the fumes caught fire, however the tiles turned out hella bitchin, all pimply and scorched edges
