Read Rich Dad Poor Dad to start. Understand that money is a tool. Go without everything to get your first house done. Everything Work hard, learn constantly and have faith that if you are trying, people will help you. Understand that failing repeatedly is part of the process. Be kind, be polite, take no crap. Save save save and wait till lenders are not wanting 7500 grand just on a lender fee that’s before your 25% deposit property is expensive and a slow return he won’t tell you the whole truth everything on line looks good but it ain’t always
